Not exactly my kind of colours either, but I was pleased with the way they came together. Not exactly true to colour in the photo tho; the cord and the pink popcorns aren't nearly as 'clashing' in real life; they're actually much closer in tone.
The thing I love most about crochet is its practicality - things to use, things to wear that are fun to look at too!
